Danny “The Bonham Bullet” Darwin joined the Texas Rangers as an undrafted free agent in 1976. Darwin served two years in the minors before moving up to the big show where he eventually played for euight different teams: the Texas Rangers, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Houston Astros, the Boston Red Sox, the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Chicago White Sox and the San Francisco Giants.
